Dear Customers,

為因應「內政部推動外來人口新式統一證號換發政策」，若您已換發新式統一證號者，提醒您下列事項：
In response to the“Ministry of the Interior´s Policy of Promoting the Issuance of the New UI Number for the Foreign Nationals”, if you have already been issued a new UI Number, you are reminded of the following:

資料變更說明：
1. 請您本人攜帶換發之「最新統一身分證件(居留證)」正本，親臨本公司各營業據點辦理變更統一證號作業事宜。
Please bring the original of the renewed "latest identity certificate (residence permit)" and visit any branch of Sourh China Insurance to update your UI Number.

2. 您也可連絡您的業務員，並提供批改申請書親簽，以及「最新身分證件(居留證)」正反面影本，由業務員代為申請。
You can also contact your salesperson and provide the correction application form which has with your personal signature, as well as a photocopy of the front and back of the "latest identity document (residence permit)".

代收/付款項注意事項：
若您完成證號變更後，建議您洽銀行同步變更您的統一證號，才能順利完成您與該單位約定之入/扣款作業。
After you have completed changing your UI Number, we suggest you contact bank to update your new UI Number so that we can complete smoothly the payment deposit/deduction operations
